My perfect holiday would be:

One without tech. Snuggled away somewhere scenic where there was plenty of good walks, runs, other activities, and food (all vegan of course) to enjoy. With the aforementioned awesome family, of course.

My ultimate 3 course meal:

Garlic/cheese (yes they do this vegan too) 

Flat bread- Starter

Naan, Rice & Bhuna/Jalfrezi, side’s Bhaji’s/Samosa’s/Poppadom’s  – Main

Cheese cake – a whole one to myself. 

If it’s going to be an ultimate meal you may as well stuff yourself!!!
